Read this statement in one of my devotionals.
“We can depend on God to fulfill His promise…even when all the roads leading to it are closed.” {Streams in the Desert}
He’s a miracle-working God.
I don’t know how, but…He will.
If He said it, He’ll do it.
Whether it looks impossible or not.
“I will open up rivers for them on the high plateaus. I will give them fountains of water in the valleys. I will fill the desert with pools of water. Rivers fed by springs will flow across the parched ground.” {Isaiah 41:18}

Such an appropriate thing to read after the storms that hit last Friday. Thousands among thousands still without power. Dozens of roads closed w/ trees blocking them completely across. So grateful to have a God who can work in the midst of all chaos.

What’s ironic is that I wasn’t even aware of all that damage…even though it was just 45 minutes away from me. One more ‘point’ for God.
