a closed road can’t block His promise…

Read this statement in one of my devotionals.

“We can depend on God to fulfill His promise…even when all the roads leading to it are closed.” {Streams in the Desert}
Road closed
He’s a miracle-working God.

I don’t know how, but…He will.

If He said it, He’ll do it.

Whether it looks impossible or not.

“I will open up rivers for them on the high plateaus. I will give them fountains of water in the valleys. I will fill the desert with pools of water. Rivers fed by springs will flow across the parched ground.” {Isaiah 41:18}

  1. Such an appropriate thing to read after the storms that hit last Friday. Thousands among thousands still without power. Dozens of roads closed w/ trees blocking them completely across. So grateful to have a God who can work in the midst of all chaos.

      What’s ironic is that I wasn’t even aware of all that damage…even though it was just 45 minutes away from me. One more ‘point’ for God. ;)
